Order & Payments
All NOILENCE jewelry is hand-made to order. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of most good. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us via email at echo@noilence.com to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Discount Codes
If you’ve received a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it in AFTER you go through PayPal and BEFORE you finalize the amount paid. 
The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include taxes and shipping. Tax is calculated on the price AFTER the code is applied. Shipping is also added to the amount, and unfortunately must be paid.
GIFT CERTIFICATE discount codes for a euro amount:
As with a % discount code, a € discount code will be applied to the original purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping.  
If your gift certificate discount code amount is LOWER than your purchase amount, you will be required to pay the balance (as well as the tax only on that balance). 
If your gift certificate discount code amount is HIGHER than your purchase amount, you will be reimbursed for the difference with a NEW discount code within 48 hours of your purchase.  All new discount codes generated for your balance will be sent to you via the email address associated with your purchase.  Also, because this € amount essentially brings your purchase to €0, this eliminates the need for taxes to be charged (as tax on an amount of €0 is in fact €0). 

Custom Orders
We will accommodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible.
Email your request to echo@noilence.com. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.


Packaging
All pieces are beautifully packaged in a branded box. The packaging is perfect for gift giving! If you would like a gift receipt please send us your request via email at echo@noilence.com no later than the next business day of your order transaction. If you have requested an express shipping method, please email us no later than the same day of your order transaction in order for us to have the time to process your inquire.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal.You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total euro amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

All prices are listed and charged in euro. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.  In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate. 

Cancelations

If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us no later than the next business day of the transaction at echo@noilence.com. After this point the cancellation of your order will not be possible. 

Also, if you have requested an express delivery and you have already received the shipping confirmation email, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for “Returns” in those instances. 

Shipping & Returns

All pieces are made to order so allow 3-10 business days for your jewelry items to be shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece. Orders received on Fridays after 12pm, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please plan accordingly!

 Domestic Orders: We ship via Geniki Taxydromiki. Including delivery time, you can expect domestic orders to arrive at your door in 1-2 weeks for Attiki and land destinations and 2-3 weeks for islands and inaccessible areas. In addition, we provide “collection on delivery” and the time of delivery is the same as mentioned above (1-2 weeks for Attiki and land destinations and 2-3 weeks for islands and inaccessible areas).

 International Orders: We ship via Hellenic Post (First Class / Priority A). Please allow 3-4 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements.

 Once NOILENCE has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer assumes risk and responsibility for the merchandise. Additionally, you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs charges incurred. If you decide to refuse any package from NOILENCE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any taxes/customs/duties [both original and return shipments] and all return shipping charges incurred on the package.

 Please note that we are not responsible for the loss/damage sent via Hellenic Post or Geniki Taxydromiki.


Care & Repair
Returns – Exchanges:

If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of arrival for store credit or exchange, less shipping costs. The credit is good for one year from the initial sale date. Please contact us at orders@noilence.com for return authorization.

Repairs:

We will repair items purchased through noilence.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase; after that time, we are happy to repair your items for a service charge. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at orders@noilcence.com.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Sales of custom pieces are final. 

Returns – Exchanges – Repairs Shipping:
To return merchandise please send all items to NOILENCE Jewelry, 11 Thiseos Street, 6th floor, Studio #6 Athens, 10562 Greece. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.


About the Metals
NOILENCE jewelry is made from several different metals or acrylic chains. Metals include but are not limited to oxidized brass, copper, stainless steel, and antique silver. Depending on your skin’s makeup, brass, copper and antique silver jewelry may either brighten or acquire a darker, antique patina with repeated wear. While we love the way this looks, you may not. You can clean your jewelry by using a commercial brass cleaner like “Brasso” or “JAX”.

As a general rule of thumb, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, when sleeping and when exercising.

All earwires are stainless steel or nickel free and should be safe for sensitive ears.



Variance in Specific Elements
Specific elements used in NOILENCE jewelry naturally vary in size. These elements include but are not limited to feathers, corals, turquoise beads, and buffalo teeth. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph. 
We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of the above elements.
